We are a Full Service property management company. We handle everything from finding a tenant for your home, collecting rents, coordinating maintenance and repair to processing Evictions when needed. We have an experienced and knowledgeable staff to manage your investment.
AM Realty Property Management: Fee is usually 8% of the gross monthly rent with a minimum of $105. This fee covers the majority of monthly management and accounting responsibilities. Please call for pricing and quotes.
Maintenance / Repairs: AM Realty does not charge our clients to coordinate repairs with contractors. This service is included in the monthly management fee.
Marketing: We do not charge extra for online advertising and marketing.( some restrictions may apply, please ask for details. Signs, MLS, REALTOR.com and over 200 other rental sites- postlet, hotpads, etc
Accounting: We keep a maintenance log and rent roll. Rent payment will be sent out, post marked, to landlord by the 10th of each month unless tenant pays late. Owner proceeds will be disbursed by the 10th of each month by direct deposit (preferred) or check, unless the tenant pays their rent late.

All invoices and receipts for any repaired items as well as any correspondence on your property will be included in each report.
A 1099 tax form will be provided at the end of the year end for all tax and accounting purposes.
